ReCellular works individually with customers to define ongoing payment terms. Any specific payment terms other than credit card, wire transfer and CCOD must first be approved by ReCellular.
Your accepted forms of payment include:

CCOD (Certified Cash On Delivery) - required for new customers
COD

Any purchase over $5,000 requires advanced approval by ReCellular, with the exception of wire transfer.
ReCellular accepts CCOD, wire transfer and Visa and MasterCard (at $5,000 and under) without any additional ReCellular approval.

ALL INTERNATIONAL WIRE TRANSFERS ARE CHARGED A $30.00 FEE.

ReCellular sells product in a variety of conditions with specific warranty periods for each product line. Please review our list of products and warranties:

ReCellular Call Tested (RCT) – ReCellular offers a standard 30-day warranty. Customers must notify ReCellular Customer Service of any defects within 30 calendar days from date of invoice. ReCellular will offer exchange or credit for all valid returns. Find out more RCT product.

ReCellular Functionally Tested (RFT) – in progress

ReCellular Signature Series (RSS) – ReCellular offers a standard 90-day warranty for refurbished product. Customers must notify ReCellular Customer Service of any defects within 90 calendar days from date of invoice. ReCellular will offer exchange or credit for all valid returns. Batteries & Chargers – ReCellular offers a standard 90-day warranty for tested batteries and chargers. Customers must notify ReCellular Customer Service of any defects within 90 calendar days from date of invoice. Find out more about batteries and chargers.

Components – ReCellular offers a standard 30-day warranty for tested components. Customers must notify ReCellular Customer Service of any defects within 30 calendar days from date of invoice. Find out more about components.

Programming, Flashing and Unlocking Services – ReCellular warranties all programming, flashing and unlocking services for 30 days. Any handset received from ReCellular for which services were performed and is found to be incorrectly programmed, flashed or unlocked per the written specification provided by the customer, shall be returned for correction. ReCellular does not warranty handsets serviced if deemed defective, that are found to be caused by customer tampering or incorrectly using the handset and/or its software. ReCellular does not verify proper function of the phone upon its receipt from the customer. ReCellular does not warranty for any phone damaged during the programming, flashing or unlocking process. Handset software may be destroyed as a result of programming, flashing or unlocking. ReCellular will not provide any credit or replacement for handsets damaged during any service process.

Used/Untested (RUS), Repair Stock (RRS), Beyond Economical Repair (BER) – ReCellular offers no warranty for these product lines. For warranty applicable returns, ReCellular reserves the right to replace defective product with the same model or credit the customer’s account for future purchases. Any missing product or product which has been physically opened or processed in any way beyond the originally shipped condition may result in a decrease or full forfeiture in replacement value.

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) prior to returning any product and must follow the shipping instructions provided to ensure product is received by ReCellular in the same condition it was shipped to the customer.

Obtaining your Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) - ReCellular has simplified its return process with 3 convenient ways to obtain your Return Merchandise Approval (RMA).

Request a RMA for ReCellular Call Tested product (RCT) right from our website. Please provide your customer ID, list of warranted ESNs and their relative defect. Our system will automatically verify your product and issue a RMA to you along with return shipping instructions. For all other products, please contact Customer Service.

Email us at warrantyreturns@recellular.com. Please include your customer ID, list of warranted ESNs and their relative defect. Our friendly Customer Service Representative will reply within 24 hours with your RMA for approved product and will include return shipping instructions.

Call us at 1-734-372-3251 and we will discuss your concerns and issue a RMA for approved product. We will also talk through how to ship your return to us. Our business hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST.

You will have 30 days after your Return Merchandise Approval is issued to send in your product. Once the product lands at our facility, we will process your return and report the outcome within 5 business days. For applicable warranty returns, if exchange or repair is not available, credit will be issued to your account for future purchases. If your product does not arrive within 30 days after the RMA is issued, ReCellular reserves the right to cancel the Return Merchandise Approval.
